Return of goods

  1. If the Buyer is a consumer, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale by informing the Seller by telephone or by e-mail at If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the following conditions for the return of goods shall apply:
    1. If the returned goods were purchased in the e-shop - the Buyer must inform the Seller by phone or e-mail, indicated in the e-shop within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
    2. The returned goods must be complete, in the original manufacturer's packaging, undamaged and without loss of merchantable appearance. If the product is not complete, it shall not be accepted for return.
  2. If the goods returned by the Buyer comply with the conditions set out in this section, the Seller shall refund the money received from the Buyer, including the cost of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, to the Buyer without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Buyer has notified the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
  3. The Seller shall have the right not to refund payment until it has recovered the goods from the Buyer or the Buyer has provided evidence that it has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever is the earlier.
  4. The Buyer shall deliver or dispatch the goods to the Seller at the Buyer's own expense (i.e. the Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller).
  5. In all cases where goods are returned in poor quality, the Seller undertakes to accept the poor quality goods and, in the absence of any objection by the Buyer, to replace them with analogous or similar goods within a pre-agreed time limit. If the Buyer objects to the replacement of the faulty product with a quality product, the money paid for the faulty product will be refunded within 3 working days after the return of the goods.
